Important information on rooms, costs and cancellation

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions for summer and autumn 2025 so that you can start your well-deserved holiday enjoyment without any worries.
Until the end of September 2025, you can cancel your booked category free of charge up to 31 days before your arrival. Rebooking in summer and autumn is possible.Our flexible cancellation conditions:
- up to 31 days before departure: free of charge
- 30 days to 15 days before departure: 30% of the total price
- 14 days to 8 days before departure: 70% of the total price
- 7 days before departure: 90% of the total price

For fixed reservations of a room, apartment or suite, we ask you to pay 30% of the room rate. This amount must be received in our bank account within 30 days.
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to provide you with further information.

We offer you our bread roll service on request. A bread list with various rolls and pastries is available at reception every morning until 6 pm.
