"History meets the future"

Quality and hospitality for over 90 years

In 1930, my grandparents Stefan and lda Fender started the "See" guesthouse - at the time one of the first guesthouses with a café in the village - to cater for guests and locals. The 250-year-old wooden house was completely destroyed in a fire at the end of the 1960s.

In 1970, my parents Walter and Luise Fender rebuilt the Pension See and continued the tradition of hospitality.

In 1994, in addition to my parents' existing guesthouse, we built the "Tiroler Adler" flat house with 4 flats.

The takeover of the "See" guesthouse in 2007 gave rise to further visions. We dreamed of a connection between the "See" guesthouse and our "Tiroler Adler" - we wanted to unite the two houses and we succeeded.

In 2009, things got serious and together with our planning office, Andreas Wilhelm, we were able to realise our wishes. However, the remodelling, extension and new construction was no easy task. After just six months of construction, the Alp Resort Tiroler Adler welcomed its first guests in mid-November.

The "Enjoy & Relax" wellness area was completed in 2011. With a Finnish sauna, you can now unwind there after an active day on the piste in winter, but also in summer if you wish.

In 2015, the entire reception area was renovated and unveiled in new splendour using natural products such as stone, glass and Swiss stone pine.

After an early seasonal closure in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, we redesigned our entrance area.

2023 a new highlight for our guests - our ADLER CHALET in Längenfeld. You can expect an exclusive chalet with a living space of 100 square metres in a quiet location in the middle of the Ötztal mountains.
